Willy, Comments I have had about the article have been generally positive, but a few people are a little bit upset at how poorly you rate the Porter-cable!

I'm a home user interested in car care. I'm relly impressed by the results you get with the allpad system.

My main question is if you use a regular Makita rotary or if its modified in any way for "car detailing"?

How much does the allpad system cost in sweden?

If I know how you are I will gladly inform you about everything in the system. There is no secret. I use a normal buffer. It is the pads that´s doing the work. I am at Clean Image right now. Dated 2006 07 27

Question: I work in a body shop where cars are painted and my job is to buff cars. I moved from WA to CA. Why is it the I am getting lots of holograms? I never happened until now. The first 20 mins. everything looks nice but then after 30mins then you start seing lots of holograms caused by the rotary buffer (specially in black cars). Any ideas? dair805@yahoo.com Thanks.
